Independent Options recently held its annual ‘Have Your Say’ Party, which enables people who use our services to tell us what they think of their support and how we can improve. A group of people representing all the different services were supported by staff to plan the event and it was very successful, with a record number of 47 people attending. People enjoyed a lot of different activities, which had been designed to help them give us feedback. These included the ever popular ‘Big Brother Diary Room’, where people talk into the camera and express their views. As usual there was karaoke, which many people enjoy and there was a delicious buffet, thanks to the staff and volunteers who came along and helped us to organise the event.
