A new music and movement initiative, Groovy Moovers, is starting at the Independent Options Children and Family Centre this month. The first event – the Groovy Moovers Picnic – is on 19 November and there will be more events in the coming months. Centre Manager Nicky Jones said, “Our Groovy Moovers activities will be great fun for children who love singing, dancing and generally enjoying music. Although this first event is for pre-school children, we hope that people will look out for details of future events, as we will be catering for all the age groups of children who use our Centre”.
