Our Supported Living services are constantly growing and developing and we are looking for warm, understanding, motivated individuals to be part of our team.
You must be committed to working in a person centered manner to support 4 adults who have learning difficulties and additional needs to live in their own home in Stockport.
Ability to work with families is essential.
Support Worker
20 hours per week
£15,843 per annum/£8.21 per hour
The tenants need support with personal care and all aspects of the day to day running of their home; cooking, cleaning and accessing the community.
You will need to have a flexible approach to team working arrangements. All posts include waking night duties, weekend and bank holidays as part of the rota system.
The posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS.
